Inlet Knight

Eleven tracks for late nights and the kind of drive where you miss your exit on purpose. I have done that to this record. More than once.

Rainier’s self-titled, Inlet Knight, is the first full statement, written and performed by him, produced by CJ Archer, dubbed to a limited cassette because some records still want to be held. The artwork is a boat on actual water, not a moodboard of water. Vancouver does that. You can live here a decade and still not be done looking at it. I put this on when the rain starts and I decide I’m not going out after all, which is its own kind of night.

Start at the top. Leave it alone. If you need a single door in, j'adore will walk you there in a car. This one is the whole crossing. Don’t skip. Don’t DJ it. Just let the boat go.
